Final Manuscript and other Requirements Preparation Steps


1. Registration and Payment

To confirm your participation and potentially request an invoice, please complete the online registration form and payment by December 1, 2025 : https://forms.gle/cSHx9oMWBM9Eum4b6

Note: Registration fees are required for publication.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Please ensure your manuscript adheres to the following formatting guidelines:

  • Reference Style: Basic
  • Citation Style: Numbered
  • Numbering Style: ContentOnly

For easy reference, please visit the Key Style Points on springernature.com.

Furthermore, please note that all illustrations will be available in full color in the eBook but may be black and white in the printed book. If color is essential for individual figures in the printed version, please list the corresponding figures in a separate spreadsheet and submit it along with your other files.

3. Final Submission

The final submission deadline is November 28, 2025.

After preparing all the required files listed below, compress them into a single ZIP file and upload it to the EDAS system.

Required Files
  • Filled and Signed Publishing Agreement Form: The corresponding author should fill in the names of the authors, the title of the paper, and sign the form. You will find highlighted sections indicating where your input is needed.

    Important: Make sure to change the color of all highlighted areas to " no color " and preferably convert the final file to PDF . Crucial: The details of the chapter authors (sequence, names, in addition to the name and affiliation of the corresponding author) given in the Publication Agreement should be complete, final, and correspond exactly to the details in the manuscript. As this is a legal document, we cannot accept changes at a later stage.

  • Alternative Text (Alt Text): For all figures, illustrations, and images, provide alt text in an Excel file using the provided template.   • Table of Response Form: List the reviewers' comments and your responses to them in the provided form.

  • Turnitin Reports: Submit Turnitin reports for similarity index (SI) and AI writing. Ensure your manuscript has an SI below 20% and AI writing below 20%.

    • Rename the reports as SI_ID.pdf and AI_ID.pdf, where ID is your paper ID.
    • Crucial: Make sure to delete your manuscript from the TurnitIn repository after generating the report to avoid rejection of your paper due to plagiarism.
  • First Page: Use the provided template to create a Word document containing the title, abstract, and keywords of your paper. Submit this document along with other files.

  • Camera-Ready Copy (CRC): Submit your final manuscript in either Microsoft Word format (.docx) or a zipped LaTeX project (.zip).

    • Rename the file to CRC_ID.docx or CRC_ID.zip, where ID is your paper ID.

4. Presentation

Please note that presenting your work at the conference is mandatory for publication in the proceedings.
